Meet Holly Louise
Hi, I’m Holly! I’ve been immersed in the world of movement from a young age—starting dance at just 3 years old. As a young dancer, I discovered Pilates at 12 to complement my training, and I quickly realized its powerful impact on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
After training professionally and achieving a First Class BA Hons in Musical Theatre & Professional Dance at The Urdang Academy, I decided to pursue Pilates not only as a supplement to my performance career but as a way to build long-lasting physical health. I am fully qualified in Pilates, having completed my certification with the London Pilates Academy, and I’m passionate about using Pilates to improve strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Pilates has been a cornerstone of my fitness journey, helping me stay strong, balanced, and injury-free while enhancing my dance skills. I’m deeply committed to helping others experience the transformative benefits of Pilates, whether you’re looking to build core strength, improve posture, or simply feel more connected to your body. I love how Pilates empowers me, and I’m excited to help you feel the same way.
